Cancellation policy

This page explains what happens to your payment if you need to cancel a confirmed booking at Villa Castaño.

Payment

The full rental amount is due at the time of booking, to secure your dates.

Cancelling more than 60 days before arrival

You get a full refund of the rental amount.

Cancelling between 60 and 30 days before arrival

You get 50% of the rental amount back.

Cancelling within 30 days of arrival

No refund applies.

The security deposit

This policy covers the rental amount only. For the €1,000 security deposit, see our refund policy.

Amendments

This policy may be updated from time to time. Any changes will be communicated before your arrival.
