This page explains how liability is arranged during your stay at Villa Castaño.
Pool and jacuzzi
The pool and jacuzzi are used at your own risk. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times. The villa is not liable for accidents, injury, or damage resulting from improper use.
Insurance
The villa is insured under a Spanish home insurance policy that explicitly covers rental use.
Amendments
This policy may be updated from time to time. Any changes will be communicated before your arrival.
