The details
that matter

Payment and deposit

You pay securely by bank transfer or card. Alongside the rent, a damage deposit of €1,000 is required, refunded in full after checkout once the house has been checked. You see every amount in advance, no small print.

Check-in and check-out

Check-in is between 3 and 8 PM, check-out by 11 AM. Both are done in person. On arrival, you find fresh towels, clean linen, and a welcome gift.

Cancellation policy

Plans can change. Cancel up to eight weeks before arrival and you receive a significant part of your payment back. You know exactly where you stand from the start.

House rules and a safe stay

A pleasant stay starts with clear agreements. The house rules cover quiet hours, the pool, and the number of guests.

Well insured

Villa Castano carries liability insurance for guests — so you stay with complete peace of mind.

Jaleesa’s tip

"Playa del Cristo is the beach we send families to. It's a sheltered bay, so the water stays calmer and warms up faster than the open sea, easy for younger kids."
