Is there anything included when we arrive?
Yes, every stay includes a welcome gift, ready for you at check-in.
Is a deposit required to confirm a booking?
Yes, a security deposit of €1,000. It’s refunded within 7 days after checkout, provided no damage, missing items, or rule violations are found.
What's the cancellation policy?
Cancel more than 60 days before arrival for a full refund. Between 60 and 30 days, you get 50% back. Within 30 days, no refund applies. → Read our cancellation policy.
Is there a minimum number of nights?
Yes, five to seven nights depending on the season.
