Check-in and check-out at Villa Castaño
Welcome to Villa Castaño! This page covers exactly how arrival and departure work, from check-in time to what we ask of you when you leave.
Check-in time
Check-in runs from 3 to 8 PM. This gives our team time to prepare the house properly, and gives you a window to arrive within rather than a single fixed minute.
A personal check-in
There’s no lockbox and no self check-in at Villa Castaño. Someone meets you at the villa when you arrive, hands over the keys in person, and walks you through the house, including how the pool, heating, and air conditioning work. Together, you do a quick walkthrough of the villa and its contents.
A straightforward departure
Before you leave, take the rubbish out and remove it from the house. We do a final check of the villa before you go. Beyond that, there’s nothing to arrange. Just leave the villa the way you’d want to find it.
When you arrive
A welcome package is ready for you at the house. If you’re arriving outside the 3 to 8 PM window, let us know in advance so we can arrange a time that works.
Check-out time
Check-out is by 11 AM at the latest. This gives us enough time to prepare the villa properly for the next guests.
