Maximum occupancy
The villa sleeps a maximum of 8 guests. This limit applies for the full stay, including day visitors who stay overnight. Extra guests or visitors aren’t allowed without our prior written permission.
No parties or events
Villa Castaño is a private home in a residential neighbourhood, not a venue. Parties and events aren’t permitted.
Pets
No pets, without exception.
Smoking
No smoking, indoors or outdoors.
Noise and quiet hours
The villa sits in a residential neighbourhood where people live year-round. Quiet hours run from 22:00 to 08:00, and repeated disturbance may result in the stay being ended without refund.
Commercial photography and filming
Commercial photography, filming, or other professional content production isn’t allowed without our prior written permission.
Fire and fireworks
Open fire, fireworks, and other dangerous activities aren’t allowed.
Damage and the security deposit
You’re responsible for the villa and its contents during your stay. A security deposit of €1,000 is held and refunded within 7 days after checkout, once the house has been checked. Costs for damage, extra cleaning, missing inventory, or a breach of these rules are deducted from the deposit.
Pool use
The pool is used at your own risk. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
Before you leave
Rubbish is taken out and removed before you go. Beyond that, there’s nothing to arrange.
