Padel courts within a short drive, no single address. This is about pointing you in the right direction, not one fixed venue.

Where to play

Three clubs cover most of what you’d need, each with a different character depending on what the group is after.

• Los Reales Sports Club, up the Sierra Bermeja road, five courts plus an indoor and outdoor gym, with Blue Duck and Blue Coffee on site for food between matches. Open Monday to Friday 7am to 10:30pm, weekends 9am to 3pm.
• Estepona Tennis and Padel Club, five World Padel Tour standard courts plus one grass court, alongside tennis and pickleball on the same 24,000 square metre site.
• Villa Padierna Racquet Club, near the beach, with the most courts of the three and home to the Prodigy Padel Academy, which also runs coaching for tennis and croquet.

All three take bookings directly or through the Playtomic app, and all three offer lessons if it’s your first time on a court. Los Reales leans toward a sportier, all-round training crowd given its gym facilities, while Villa Padierna has more of a resort feel, with a wider range of courts and coaching levels.

Not for everyone

Courts fill up fast on weekend evenings, the peak playing time locally. If you want a guaranteed slot, book a day or two ahead through Playtomic rather than turning up and hoping.

All three clubs sit within easy reach of the villa, in the same area as most of Estepona’s golf. If part of the group prefers a club, Valle Romano is six minutes away.
