Terms and Conditions for Villa Castaño
By booking directly with us, you agree to the terms below. They cover payment, cancellation, and the house rules that keep the villa in good condition for every guest who stays after you.
Booking and Payment
The full rental amount is due at the time of booking, to secure your dates. A separate damage deposit of €1,000 is also required, refunded in full after checkout once the house has been checked. Payment is by bank transfer or card.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel more than 60 days before arrival, you get a full refund of the rental amount. If you cancel between 60 and 30 days before arrival, you get 50% back. If you cancel within 30 days of arrival, no refund applies.
Check-in and Check-out
Check-in is between 15:00 and 20:00, check-out is by 11:00. Early check-in or late check-out may be possible on request, depending on availability, and may involve an additional cost.
Guest Responsibilities
You’re responsible for the villa and its contents during your stay, including any damage, loss, or defects caused by yourself, your co-guests, or your visitors. Report any damage, loss, or defects to the host immediately. Costs for repair, replacement, or extra cleaning may be charged separately from the damage deposit. Before you leave, rubbish is taken out and removed. All guests share a valid ID with the host at least 48 hours before arrival. We ask every guest to treat the house the way they’d want to find it.
Maximum Occupancy
The villa sleeps a maximum of 8 guests. This limit applies for the full stay, including day visitors who stay overnight. Extra guests or visitors aren’t allowed without our prior written permission.
Noise and Disturbances
The villa sits in a residential neighbourhood where people live year-round. Quiet hours run from 22:00 to 08:00, and repeated disturbance may result in the stay being ended without refund.
Liability
The villa is not liable for accidents, injury, or damage resulting from improper use of the pool or jacuzzi.
Pets
No pets, without exception.
Smoking Policy
No smoking, indoors or outdoors.
Pool Use
The pool is used at your own risk. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
Amendments
These terms may be updated from time to time. Any changes will be communicated before your arrival.
